As a Workplace Strategy Analyst, you will work under the guidance of the Workplace Strategy Program Manager to execute the overall strategy for the work environment. You will continually seek out the developing trends of the work environment (both inside and outside of Intel), understand the needs of our diverse and changing employees and continually evolve and drive the efforts to deliver the best possible inspiring and efficient work environments.


  • Leading the execution of the global workplace strategy.
  • Monitoring and tracking global office renovations.
  • Combining qualitative and quantitative analysis to report on program health, opportunities and make business decisions.
  • Auditing, validating, and ensuring data in our occupancy systems of record is accurate.
  • Analyzing and interpreting data out of multiple systems to inform and advise workplace strategy.
  • Seeking and analyzing industry benchmarks to inform and advise Intel's workplace strategy program.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams within Corporate Services, supplier partners and Intel to define and deliver inspiring and evolving spaces;
  • Managing a large and globally distributed set of stakeholders.
  • Collaborate to deliver a short and long term roadmap for renovation and refresh.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Data Science, Engineering, Space Planning or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, space management, or data analysis.
  • This U.S. position is open to U.S. Workers Only. A U.S. Worker is someone who is either a U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, U.S. Lawful Permanent Resident, or a person granted Refugee or Asylum status by the U.S. Government. Intel will not sponsor a foreign national for this position.
