DESCRIPTION

PillPack€™s Provider Partnership Team uses analytics and experimentation to drive process and tool improvements for our WFH operations. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve our existing operation, driving process improvement projects and using/developing dashboards and real-time analytics to inform decision-making in our growing WFH operations network. You will use your presentation skills to synthesize and communicate areas of opportunity to company leadership. In this role, you will collaborate with Operations Managers, Product Managers, Training Department and Software Engineers to drive understanding of WFH operational and financial performance.

Core Responsibilities
· Implementing and maintaining defined process for the distribution and collection of equipment to/from employees in our growing and evolving WFH operations
· Creating and maintaining packages for distribution that would include all necessary equipment, instructions and new hire €œswag€
· Collaborating with WFH Senior Manager, IT and Operational Leaders to ensure any specific needs of the departments are covered and equipment is inventoried
· Ensuring all documentation is stored at a centralized location that is €œreadily retrievable€
· Working with the WFH Senior Manager to measure labor efficiency, accuracy and financial impact of our WFH operations
· Does not rely on existing ways of doing things; challenges best practices to invent novel ways of solving problems. Operates with intent, succinctly sets relevant context and summary of purposes
· Frequently identifies opportunities for improvement based on data inputs and performs deep dive analysis of root cause of problems
· Acts quickly to uncover potential areas of risk or opportunity; proactively communicates relevant issues with appropriate recommendations
· Collaborate and partner with key stakeholders and leaders across multiple departments and locations in order to remove roadblocks

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· BS or MS in Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems with a focus on Systems Engineering preferred, or a related technical field
· Experience with SQL, as well as data analysis and visualization

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· 2+ years of experience in a relevant field
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to succinctly summarize key findings
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize conflicting requirements
· Comfortable working as both part of a high-performing, diverse team and as an independent performer
· Ability to multitask and prioritize critical tasks and conflicting requirements with a high attention to detail
