ECM Marketing Upgrades and Conversions delivers business results for NA Branded Cards by driving back book engagement, integrating new product and features into conversions programs and enabling customer centric strategy.  The VP, Conversions Creative Development Lead is responsible for developing and executing existing cardmember marketing campaigns and offer strategies in support of the Upgrades and Conversions team which consists of Upgrades, Trade, Conversion and Natural Reissue programs.  This individual will be responsible for leading and working with cross-functional teams to drive key financial metrics and business initiatives for Citi Cards.  Understanding the business strategy and the ability to translate this information into executable marketing campaigns will be crucial to success in this role.  The role requires the ability to develop strong relationships in a complex matrix organization, in particular with our campaign partners in Product, Decision Management, Risk, Legal, MIM, Accounts Receivable, Control and Marketing Delivery channels (i.e., Direct Mail, CrM, Email, Account Online, etc.).  The   VP, Conversions  Process Management Lead will be required to have strong process/program, campaign and/or project management experience and will need to maintain extreme focus on details while managing multiple work streams simultaneously.  This individual will need to quickly adapt to change and have the ability to easily course-correct due to changes in business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage files and data required to execute Conversion campaigns in partnership with MIM and DM.
  • Manage criteria processing and supervise Product and Fee Bundle and Pricing Mapping.
  • Partner with MIM and DM to incorporate new targeting and segmentation models
  • Develop and enhance Natural Reissue Procedure Manual and other process related materials.
  • Work with Control and other Governing teams to align on required steps to have Natural Reissue Program executing campaigns on a regular basis.
  • Supervise pricing tagging and auditing to ensure accurate customer pricing rates as needed for disclosures.
  • Submit and review requests for campaign offer codes
  • Manage Technology project for Universe Expansion and Customer Centric developments
  • Work with cross-functional teams from technology, marketing, risk management, MIM, etc., to deliver increased opportunities.
  • Coordinate with various support teams on pricing updates and monitor the accurate implementation of those update including incorporation of new fields, data refreshes and timing of files
  • Partner with DM and Risk on universe expansion initiatives
  • Review program data to monitor trends and to determine opportunities for improvement 

Qualifications


Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills and mindset with ability to drive strategic change.  
  • Strong campaign and/or project management experience with the ability to bring Agile techniques and discipline to delivering marketing programs. 
  • Proven experience in defining testing strategies and objectives.
