We are looking for a manager that can help drive towards the strategic goals for our ICG Digital - Platform integration team, ensuring that we make it as easy as possible for our corporate clients to do business with us. We achieve this by seamlessly integrating data and services into the third party platforms our clients are using everyday. By the use of API technology we want to embed Citi products and services into our client's everyday workflows - resulting in a seamless experience working with Citi. We are looking for a highly driven, efficient, detail oriented individual with a passion for product management. We are looking for either product or technical experience.


**Responsibilities:**


+ Support the end to end onboarding flow for our clients, ensuring a seamless experience through our self activation portal

+ Work with third party partners that are integrated with our platform to solve time critical issues

+ Ensure enhancements meet requirements, coordinate UAT and manage its delivery to the business, including communications and training documentation

+ Devise creative solutions when faced with budget and/or time constraints

+ Work tactically to break through bottlenecks and keep projects on track

+ Develop and implement best-practices that seek efficiency in program execution

+ Manage multiple streams of projects with internal and/or external development team

+ Engage with all stakeholders for ongoing projects to collect feedback, build-out new requirements and prioritize product enhancements

+ Work with ICG wide global teams to understand the user journey

+ Define metrics and KPI's to monitor performance and suggest improvements in the workflow

+ Using agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA to ensure product delivery

+ Develop regular reporting to facilitate review and engagement around project status, risks and path to green"

+ Work in close partnership with control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Audit, Finance in order to ensure appropriate governance and control infrastructure and to ensure all risk/compliance/control governance is complete for each project.

+ Adhere to all policies and procedures as defined by your role which will be communicated to you

+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.


**Qualifications:**


+ 6-10 years relevant experience

+ Advanced project management, technical implementation or product management skills

+ Knowledge of Treasury operations from either a bank, corporate, consulting or software vendor background

+ Understanding of the treasury ecosystem, how Treasury organizations integrate with TMS, ERP, trading platforms, bank partners etc.

+ Knowledge of API technologies and how they are used in integrations

+ Positive, inclusive, and engaging

+ Bachelors/University degree, Masters degree preferred

+ Excellent execution skills

+ Excellent troubleshooting skills

+ Experience managing across multi-function and/or global business
