What Youll Do
As a Virtual Sales Account Manager (VSAM), you will be responsible for achieving quarterly and annual sales goals from a defined list of end customers. You will develop direct relationships with your assigned customers through the use of virtual technologies and work closely with channel partners to improve revenue opportunities.

    Develop positive relationships with end customers to drive growth & revenue.
    Understand the market and develop a set of channel and account plans to improve the potential assigned accounts.
    Identify, develop, and seek for opportunities through rigorous sales & marketing activities to drive account & technology penetration across the assigned accounts.
    Provide accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.
    Lead and participate in regional and global growth initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications
a) BS, BA or equivalent
b) 3-5 years in a sales position, experience with technical sales preferred.
c) Consistent track record in delivering excellent results against pre-defined sales goals and targets.
d) Desire and hunger for making and closing sales calls.
e) Holds ambitions and motivation to overachieve given goal
f) Ability to speak Japanese fluently

Desired Skills
a) CSE and CCENT or CCNA Certification.
b) Ability to communicate effectively in spoken & written English is preferred. TOEIC 650 scores or above is preferred.
c) Experience in building and handling customer relationships. Ideally in sales positions that require territorial coverage or having accountability over 100 or more accounts simultaneously
d) Ability to use virtual technologies (e.g. video & social networks).
e) Enthusiastic, self-paced, and an active learner
f) Passionate and knows how to have fun.
g) Has high communication skills and is capable of working effectively with any teams.
