**Vice President, Wealth and Retail Benefits Engagement Marketing Manager**


Citis U.S. Personal Banking organization delivers a wide array of banking, payments, lending and investment services to individual consumers and small businesses. Our products and services cover a wide range of client banking needs including retail banking, credit cards, mortgages, and supports investment advisory services. This role sits on the Wealth and Retail Benefits Engagement Marketing team within the US Personal Banking Existing Customer Marketing (ECM) organization.


**Planning, Investments and Advisory ECM Marketing Lead**


This high impact role is responsible for developing and driving engagement strategies in the Planning, Investments and Advisory space for clients across segments, with particular focus on our Wealth segments. This is a leadership role on a high-performing team. Key objectives include developing and executing strategies to increase financial planning penetration, drive wealth management services awareness, prime the existing client audience for wealth services sell-in and conceptualize and build out a wealth services loyalty program. This is a unique opportunity to directly provide new strategic approaches to shape the ECM strategy for a critical client segment.


**Responsibilities:**


+ Develop a marketing strategy and roadmap for Financial Planning, Investment and Advisory services that will drive awareness and engagement with key benefits

+ Partner across Marketing and Segment teams to build and execute a messaging hierarchy that will be implemented across the customer lifecycle. Obtain support from key partners who will help implement your ideas

+ Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns designed to increase wealth benefits engagement

+ Lead end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns in partnership with internal/external creative teams/agencies, data teams, channel partners and others

+ Develop marketing assets across various channels (Email, Online, Mobile, Direct Mail, Phone/Branch scripts, etc.)

+ Lead a large cross-functional team that includes Segment, Marketing, List Management (MIM), Fulfillment, Branch, Legal/Compliance and others to develop and launch a groundbreaking new offer. Manage the project end-to-end ensuring timelines are kept up to date, all required approvals are obtained, risks are identified and mitigated up front, and process is properly documented, while leading marketing and communications strategy and delivery

+ Provide guidance and mentoring for one dotted-line resource who is focused on marketing execution. Note that execution work will be shared between this role and the dotted-line resource

+ Own the wealth management and investments loyalty journey, providing post-MVP CEX design, deliver and reviewing creatives and tech requirements

+ Maintain an extreme focus on detail while managing marketing campaigns across multiple online channels (both internal and external sites). Audit key steps to ensure flawless execution.

+ Apply critical thinking to identify and mitigate potential risks across all owned campaigns and journeys

+ Ensure adherence to policies related to internal legal, compliance and creative reviews and approvals for marketing campaigns

+ Adhere to all relevant policies, applying sound ethical judgment regarding conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency

+ Provide updates for senior leadership on an as-needed basis.


**Qualifications:**


+ 7-10 years of Marketing experience, preferably in financial services and/or loyalty marketing. Wealth management or investments marketing experience preferred.

+ Experience developing a strategy from white space, including the definition of clear KPIs and the development of a robust marketing roadmap

+ Ability to identify and influence key partners, garnering support for your ideas

+ Hands on knowledge of the creative development process, including experience working with external agencies

+ Curious, partner-focused self-starter who can generate and champion new ideas while successfully coordinating multiple projects with varying timelines simultaneously

+ Collaborative and willing to break down functional silos to optimize business results and help grow the business; ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships

+ Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills; ability to gain alignment among multiple stakeholders

+ Quick thinker able to quickly and accurately determine priority areas to focus on in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

+ Balanced analytical and creative marketing skills

+ Bachelors degree required
