The Consumer Bank ‘Becoming A Customer’ team is responsible for delivering a simple, frictionless acquisition experience that is personalized based on our customers’ needs.  We are seeking a talented, data-driven leader that will be responsible and accountable for strategy and performance management for the Becoming A Customer team.  This individual will manage the performance reporting and optimization across the team, and partner with team leads to develop strategic plans aimed at increasing new customer acquisition, and improving how we do business.   Specific goals and measures of success will include an ability to innovate, build a strong partnership with internal stakeholders, influence across the organization, and profitability increase new account originations.
