A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

As the Sr. Value Architect, you will perform the following specialized duties:

Sales Engagement

• Lead the Client in partnership with the Client Relationship Executive through the Journey Mapping process
  • Internal alignment u2013 preparing the sales team
  • Client Executive Alignment u2013 securing client buy-in and commitment
  • Map the Client Journey u2013 executing on the process
  • Support the identification and execution of the activities that will best position Infor in each sales pursuit;
  • Meet with stakeholders in North America to position Journey Mapping Services

    Value Engineering Deliverables and Responsibilities

    • Utilize extensive specialized knowledge of Infor Value Engineering methodologies, specialized tools specific to Infor including Business Process Insight Assessments, Customer Value Assessments, Benchmarking, Point of Views;
    • Facilitate and document workshops on process optimization using generalized business and management consulting skills and deliver presentations to Infor client;
    • Meet with stakeholders in North America to position Value Engineering services;
    • Provide and present high quality, customer executive facing artifacts to support the Infor sales organization;
    • Lead workshops to discuss current state processes within the entire Infor CloudSuite Healthcare: primarily finance, supply chain and human resources;
    • Provide benefit quantification including detailed Benefit Models, Total Cost of Ownership and Return on Investment analysis to support development of a proposed client roadmap and roll out;
    • Align with stakeholder teams to define product roll out roadmaps to meet technical as well as business deliverable requirements;
    • Identify risk and change management implications that affect roadmap;
    • Align business processes to Infor technology and complete deliverable for presentation to stakeholders;
    • Deliver presentations to clients on assessment findings, as well as build customer specific business cases and decipher benchmarking results; and
    • Ad-hoc consultative work in support of the Infor Sales process and client base.

      Both solution and process knowledge are required to consult with customers and internal sales representatives. Infor has developed processes, business value estimator tools, benchmarking reports and cloud assessment frameworks specific to Infor. These require training, expertise, and consulting experience to use.

      What You Will Need:

      Basic Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree
      • MBA or industry certifications (e.g. APICS, etc.) preferred
      • 10+ years Industry experience (operations, consulting, etc.)
      • Travel as needed, up to 50%
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

        What Will Put You Ahead?

        Preferred Qualifications:

        • 5+ years in sales or sales supporting role in Industry space for Tier1 ERP products
        • Has advanced skills in Microsoft Office
        • Understanding of Cloud applications
