TTS, a division of Citis Institutional Clients Group, offers integrated cash management and trade services to multinational corporations, financial institutions and public sector organizations around the world. Within TTS and as a division of Channels & Enterprise Services, the Account Services Product team is responsible for the overall product strategy for Operating Accounts. The Account Services product works with all TTS functions to facilitate the onboarding of our clients and the delivery of consistent services across 90+ countries.
The Account Services Product organization is responsible for developing global product strategy for Bank Accounts and leads various functional areas to support the opening, ongoing maintenance and mandate management of the Bank Accounts for Citis institutional clients. The strategy includes the transformation of the Operating and Engagement model through delivery of self-service capabilities and complete digitization.
The digitization efforts within Account Services aim to provide a simplified and consistent account management experience to drive increased client satisfaction and reduce cycle times for Account Services requests.
The objective of the position is to drive consistency in product development, product delivery and drive digitization of TTS client onboarding and maintenance processes with cross functional partners. The candidate will focus on digitizing the client experience under the Global Account Services Product structure. The person will be responsible for product P&L, investment budget, billing processes and product development for the digital client interface of Account Services including eBAM (Electronic Bank Account Management).
The candidate will manage Product Development for Account Services Digital client interface. The Digital client interface enables clients to manage their bank accounts online globally. In particular, capabilities will include Account Opening, Signer Management, Account Maintenance and Reporting.
Global Account Services covers the sets of processes that result in the opening/maintenance of an account and the execution of the bank mandates. Our primary objective is to positively impact the client experience and provide global consistency in all aspects of opening, closing, and maintaining cash accounts. This is being achieved by providing consistent client centric solutions and best in class onboarding experience. The strategy is being executed through aligning functions across geographies, streamlining documentation requirements, and developing technologies that will transform Citis Account Services.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual for a challenging role in the Account Services space to drive the overall digital strategy and digital transformation via Product Development. The VP will work with multiple functions to drive the design and development of new and current assets such eBAM. The candidate will manage the end-to-end strategy including Communication, and Operating & Service Model strategies with stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:
              Manage digital interface including eBAM end-to-end (Product development and potential improvements, market research, manage pricing and billing, product training and communication material in association with the market management team, strategy definition, etc)
              Write Business Requirements and drive application development with Technology partners
              Manage product issues and drive resolution.
              Manage relationships with cross functional partners in support of the product roadmap, day-to-day management, training, etc
              Work closely with Sales, Operations and Implementation to ensure smooth and appropriate on-boarding of clients
              Interface with cross-organizational teams to ensure business processes are supported by the best technical and system choices
              Ensure standard project management methodologies are followed across the program.
              Create marketing/training material
              Travel Required: up to 10%
              Note: this role will be supporting multiple time zones and will need to be flexible as such
              3+ years technology/product development and management experience preferably in a bank environment
              3+ years project/program management experience preferably in a bank.
