The Chief Trust Office ensures continuous, targeted and consistent enablement inside and outside the company to drive market collaboration and engagement based on SAP strategy, and enabling technical and security capabilities to deliver according to that strategy. Our team is made up of an international group spanning 4 continents enabling the trustful digital transformation of our clients and across our global lines of business and cloud products.


As the Trust Enablement Leader, you will build trust through performance and relationship building, thinking strategically and analytically about business challenges, security-by-design product offerings and strategies. You are expected to have experience in large-scale global program management, as well as encompass a deep analytical background to assist the SAP account services team in meeting their business objectives. You will work with the global stakeholders supporting the extended SAP organization, such as Business Development, Marketing, Professional Services, and the Partner team. You have the ability to communicate effectively across multiple global technical and non-technical business units. You will drive content and training development, manage subject matter experts, and develop enablement materials for SAP customers, partners, and internal teams in relation to SAP cloud and infrastructure security. You will collaborate effectively with internal end-users and cross-functional teams to incubate new programs and deliver successfully against high security standards. Where reasonable you will ensure escalations to the Chief Trust Officer, respective head of regional legal, global legal functions and security executives. You will contribute to enablement programs for SAP global security as well as Customer success teams according to their respective roles.


  • Bachelor's degree (or comparable in-firm training) in Computer Science, Information Security, or related discipline preferred
  • 10+ years experience in consulting, sales strategy, business development or program management in a mid-to-large scale hi-tech company
  • 5+ years in project management and delivery
  • Deep expertise and familiarity with cloud computing products, services and sales strategies
  • Build a vision, roadmap and strategy for our global community of SAP Account Managers with relevant cloud and infrastructure security support
  • Manage, coordinate and execute enablement training and activities globally for internal and external technical and executive audiences
  • Initiate and / or contribute to development of content to meet business needs
  • Ability to communicate effectively across multiple global technical and non-technical business units
  • 10+ years of experience in Information Security and product security
  • Experience in customer-facing environment in executive leadership roles
  • General knowledge about technology and security measures of SAP solution offerings is a plus
  • Strong evidence of verbal and written communication skills, including experience in presenting technical information in a business or regulatory context to attorneys, Security Officers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
  • Experience to create, design and record board, executive as well as technical-level collateral including but not limited to whitepaper, presentations, documentations, trainings, webinars, audio and video recordings, podcasts etc
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and flexible organizational structure
  • Project management and self-management skills; ability to work well under pressure with diligence, organization, and minimal supervision, and provide practical advice to clients
