Greenberg Traurig, a global law firm, currently has an excellent full-time employment opportunity in the Financial Institutions practice group of our Atlanta office. We offer competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package.
Duties & Responsibilities
Duties range from drafting asset-based loan documentation and reviewing/preparing security instruments to preparing closing binders and following up on post-closing items.
Skills & Competencies
The ideal candidate will be an energetic, analytical self-starter with superior attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with limited supervision. Must be extremely organized, have excellent problem solving, interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills. Working knowledge of lending documentation, Uniform Commercial Code rules and filings (including preparation and analysis of same), the ability to review and analyze real property title examinations, and the availability to work overtime as needed are a must. A positive attitude and team approach are essential.
Qualifications & Prior Experience
Position requirements include: a BA/BS Degree and/or a Paralegal Certification. Candidate will have minimum 7-10 years' experience. Proficiency with Windows-based software and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
