Assemble, calibrate,\radjust, troubleshoot and repair a variety of production assemblies, components,\rdevices and hardware systems according to predetermined specifications using\rthe appropriate test equipment.  Troubleshoot, maintain and when\rrequired set up and operate miscellaneous micro-processor or solid state\rcircuitry controlled production machines and equipment and perform computer\rinput operations. You will monitor your area and participate in the\rcontinuous improvement process at the site to address safety, production and\rquality improvements. This position will require the successful hire to go\rthrough training in Coon Rapids, MN to become certified in the product lines\rfor up to 6 months.

    YOU MUST HAVE
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Associate€™s Degree from accredited\r college or university OR 2 years of Electronics military\r training
    • 1 year of experience with Avionics

      WE VALUE
      • Associate€™s Degree in Electronics or similar field
      • Some previous experience in the electronic technology\r industry
      • Previous experience soldering
      • Ability to collaborate with others and work independently
      • Ability to identify key details
      • Ability to troubleshoot
      • Good coordination, motor skills, and dexterity
      • Creative thinking and idea generation
      • Significant electronics experience
      • Ability to communicate information clearly
