The Info Security Prof Group Mgr is a senior management level position responsible for accomplishing results through the management of a team or department in an effort to prevent, monitor and respond to information/data breaches and cyber-attacks. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the execution of Information Security directives and activities in alignment with Citi's data security policy. In support of the Cyber Security Fusion Center (CSFC) mission, the Data Derived Intelligence (DDI) team is responsible for researching, developing, and deploying various technologies and analysis products. As such, the desired candidate will manage a team of data scientists and solutions engineers to leverage Citi Data to discover key insights and share actionable intelligence with a focus on predictive analytics.


**Responsibilities:**


+ Manage a team of Data Scientists & Solution Engineers.

+ Build and expand AI/ML to support the rapid deployment of dashboard visualization and predictive analytic products.

+ Develop and deliver strategy for the TDA / DDI team that support Cyber Security Fusion Center.

+ Ensure that analytics products are developed, deployed and aligned with organizational goals.

+ Formalize team direction and strategy with a focus on predictive analytics - delivering intelligence from existing data.

+ Develop initiatives to define and support the long-term technology vision through plans including resource and budget projections.

+ Identify and create close partnerships between the Cyber Security Operations (CSO) and technology partners.

+ Build and maintain a strong Data Derived Intelligence services and platform.

+ Proficiency in designing, testing, and maintaining multiple databases with feeding work streams.

+ Ability to communicate technical issues to technical and non-technical business representatives.

+ Coordinate application testing efforts that support protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of business information that are stored and processed.

+ Educate and advise business and technical leaders on the development, delivery and management of security solutions.

+ Define and implement security policies and standards, and provide periodic Information Security (IS) management reports.

+ Provide security oversight for major system designs and monitor the implementation of approved Corrective Action Plans.

+ Plan and implement IS administration for Information Technology (IT) projects, and plan short to medium term IS actions and resources.

+ Contribute to the evaluation and selection of applications and systems, focusing on IS implications.

+ Manage a large/complex team or multiple teams, including the people, budget, policy formation, and strategy planning.

+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices all while escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.


**Qualifications:**


+ 7+ years of relevant experience.

+ Data Science background and working experience.

+ Basic understanding of security aspects of multiple platforms, operating systems, software, communications and network protocols or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

+ Experience leading a technical team.

+ Strong focus on customer service.

+ Overall quality and excellences is the benchmark expectation for this role.

+ Sound problem resolution, judgment, and decision-making skills required.

+ Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills.

+ Excellent communication skills both written and oral.

+ Must be a self-starter, but also has the ability to work in a team environment.

+ Able to work effectively under pressure.

+ Proven experience with Databases preferred.

+ Additional technical certifications preferred.

+ Advanced analytical and problem solving skills required.

+ Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

+ Proficient in interpreting and applying policies, standards and procedures

+ Demonstrated ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment


**Education:**


+ Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, data analysis (IT related field) or equivalent work experience.

+ Masters degree preferred


+ Ability to work closely with peer TDA team - Technology Integrations
