**A Day in the Life**

**As Technical Service Manager you will** **be**

Responsible for the Management of the Service
Repair team (includes workshop. customer care and field service teams). Ensure
smooth operations and flow of information documentation, in order to meet
performance and financial targets and quality objectives.Develop improvement programs to address
performance issues, coordinate resources to implement such programs.

ensure alignment within the businesses through active communication and

Develop a
commercially and customer focused service team to increase revenue and customer
intimacy, identify opportunities to add value to customers.

Review of operational and financial performance metrics and
develop action plans to achieve service revenue growth, SGA targets and
operational KPI achievement. Establish and maintain structure to ensure work is
being completed correctly and timely, establish mechanisms to make visible
progress, potential bottlenecks or delays. Proactively communicate when
internal challenges will have customer impact.

**Must Haves**

**Bachelor's degree**

**Managerial experience Team of at least 4 employees**

**Experience in process and operations position**

**Commercial understanding**

**Experience from matrix organization**

**Stakeholder engagment**

**English Hebrew Full working proficiency**

**Nice to Haves**

Service management experience

Experience from medical industry

Consumer electrinics
