Du bliver en del af IBM Technical Support Services ClientCareCenter. Her bliver du en del af et team p 9, der yder teknisk support p vores underleverandr Lenovos produkter. Du er med andre ord den hjlpsomme og lyttende ekspert, der mder dem i rret eller bag tasterne, nr de har brug for teknisk hjlp. I lbet af din dag vil du derfor vre i berring med mange forskellige typer af kunder.

Det er ogs vigtigt, at du er god til at tilegne dig ny viden, og at du har teknisk flair og trives med at lse problemer via telefonen. Derudover forestiller vi os, at du:

har en IT-baggrund eller IT-erhvervserfaring

behersker dansk og engelsk i skrift og tale.
