**Job Description**

Under the guidance of the Senior Director of Talent Development, the Talent Development Senior Advisor will lead our leadership development programs for high-performing individual contributors. In addition, they will lead instructional design projects associated with CVS Healths large development themed events, e.g. Retail Leadership Conference (RLC).

In this role, you will conduct training needs analysis, curriculum development, vendor selection and/or development, program delivery and evaluation of high impact, high valued development programs.

This position has flexibility in location but will have responsibility to support the enterprise as a whole.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Managing all aspects of CVS Healths leadership programs for individual contributors (emerging leaders), including, but not limited to, scoping requirements, curriculum development, creation of tools and job aids, vendor management, facilitation, and measurement and analysis of results.

Identifying key learning experiences for emerging leaders within unique business lines, e.g. Omnicare; Coram.

Acting as a project leads design of workshops associated with large development themed events, such as RLC, Region Director University (RDU), PBM Leadership meeting.

Leading a team of contract instructional designers for development events.

Conducting needs analysis; identifies, acquires, and/or develops appropriate training materials; conducts training on the group and individual levels.

Experience with MS Office applications, specifically PowerPoint.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

Broad understanding of enterprise and strategic impact of leadership training and development in a corporate environment.

Superior facilitation and training skills and confidence, organization of training material, matching material, rate of delivery, progression of training, and techniques to the audience, relative to the objective.

Experience working with various levels of management and comfortable with listening, seeking, and asking questions to ensure understanding.

Ability to actively listen, seek information, and ask questions to ensure the understanding of the underlying concerns of others.

Ability to influence or persuade others to gain acceptance or agreement of ideas and approaches.

Ability to organize work load, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

**Required Qualifications**

6+ years of experience in Learning & Development.

Ability to travel, as needed, per business needs.

**Preferred Qualifications**

Broad exposure to ADDIE design cycle: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation.

Experience with Kirkpatrick evaluation methodology.

Experience in managing direct reports or contractors.

Project Management experience.

Experience with e-learning technology and e-learning platforms, such as LearNet or Learning Center.

PMP certifications.


Bachelors Degree required.

Will consider high school diploma/GED and experience in lieu of degree.

Master's degree in Education or HR Organizational Development preferred.
