You will be responsible for:
- Multidisciplinary activities between Software, Firmware, Architecture and Hardware teams.
- Owning end-to-end planning, execution, status reporting and ensuring delivery of the SW releases.
- Driving product requirements and managing changes to requirements, establishing project's priorities and leading cross-functional, cross-site teams in the development of plans, schedules and project scope.
- Performing risk assessment, mitigation plans, and managing issues to close, initiating resolution to project obstacles and driving project issues to resolution.
- Contributing to ongoing development and improvement of processes, principles, and concepts used in managing programs.
- Reviewing component-level validation test plans and tracking test coverage of product requirements.
- Creating product-level integration test plan, scheduling its execution and tracks its results.
- Receiving Integration Requests from component teams, aligning them with the appropriate versions of dependent deliverables (Firmware, Silicon, Simulators etc.) in preparation for release submissions.
- Preparing SW Release reports including Release Notes, requirement coverage metrics, performance execution reports, legal compliance reports and security compliance reports.


Qualifications

Important for us:
- Proven experience in working on SW projects in teams and experience as technical Program Manager or technical Engineering Leader
- Knowledge of PC-based System Architecture, BIOS, Operating Systems & Applications
- Troubleshooting, problem solving, multi-tasking, organization, and customer management skills are critical to success in this role
- Excellent teamwork skills including ability to work with multiple and remote groups worldwide
- Great verbal and written communication skills with customers of all skill levels
- Background in networking architecture and networking products

Nice to have:
- Proven experience in driving program management and monitoring SW project progress
- Familiarity with Ethernet MAC and PHY Hardware components.
- Experience with Intel Ethernet products

Soft skills:
- Teamwork: ability to work in groups, leading cross-functional, cross-site teams in the development of plans, schedules and project scope
- Ability to establishing SW Project priorities, performing risk assessment, creating mitigation plans, and managing issues to be closed
- Creative approach to problem resolution
