SW/App/Cloud Technology Support Associate Manager (Accenture LLP; San Francisco, CA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of SW/App/Cloud Technology Support Associate Manager in San Francisco, CA, and the job duties are as follows:





+ Communicate with client regarding system or application to accurately define issues and to interpret and design a resolution.


+ Support incident, issue, and outage management, investigation, and restoration.


+ Monitor systems and trends to prevent occurrence of incidents, problems, and errors including, improving overall performance.


+ Schedule, track, and facilitate acceptance of changes to the production environments by using applicable processes.


+ Operate IT production services according to management protocols and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).


+ Support the infrastructure Service Management lifecycle.


+ Provide operational support, ensuring production systems and devices are online and available.


+ Analyze and solve moderately complex problems.


+ Understand strategic direction set by senior management and implement methods and procedures set by management.







BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:


Must have a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.


Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:



+ Performing operating system and SQL server upgrades for retail Point of Sale (POS) systems;


+ Developing SQL scripts to enable automated device configuration management;


+ SQL Server database administration;


+ Developing custom .NET solutions; and


+ Performing application support of retail POS and Payment systems.





Must have 3 years of experience in SQL Server database performance and tuning.


Must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:



+ Developing retail POS system architecture; and


+ Developing technical and operational requirements for retail POS and Payment systems.





Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
