Were looking for a Senior Treasury Sales Consultant to join our world-class team
This senior level Treasury Sales Consultants primary role is to deliver Citis Global Value proposition to our clients.  Requires a critical skill-set and level experience in areas that are not easily duplicated in the market. 
Their focus is to with the Treasury Consultants to sell TTS International platform.
Proactively executes integrated sales, service and relationship strategies to support growth and retention of business customers.  Develops new-to-bank business relationships, as well as cross-marketing /needs fulfillment for exiting clients, through segment-based sales plans to achieve revenue growth targets and maximize operating capabilities and profitability.   Current business segment includes those clients with revenues from $250 Million - $1 Billion annually.   Clients in this segment typically require more complex product offerings and customized credit decisions made in the field

On a daily basis, a Senior Treasury Sales Consultant will be responsible for the following
  • Works jointly and RM on International and Domestic TTS deals
  • Leads client meetings to assess needs
  • Excellent judge of potential qualified clients/deals.  Expert at structuring solutions to meet needs.
  • Identifies product solutions for client needs, works with TTS partners in various countries to obtain product information, pricing, implementation contacts/process
  • Presents features/benefits of products to client jointly with Treasury Consultant
  • Build expertise in particular regions, EMEA, LATAM, ASIA
  • Responsible for knowledge sharing with other Treasury Sales Consultants and Junior staff
  • Train Treasury Consultants & RMs on TTS International capabilities
  • Prepare and present International Presentations/Seminars to clients
  • Works with CCB Product Manager on TTS Partnership to build out additional product offerings

Qualifications


Requirements/Skills
  • BA or equivalent experience, graduate studies a plus
  • Should have a minimum of 10 years business/commercial banking experience, preferably within roles of increasing responsibility
  • Must bring an in depth knowledge of all aspect of Commercial Treasury Products and have the ability to quickly learn to new products/services
  • Proven track record of initiating, executing and growing complex client relationships
  • Proven experience working with the international products or Citis TTS platform 
  • Strong knowledge of Global Treasury & Cash Management Products
  • Global Outlook ability to think globally

  • Must have a sharp business development focus and demonstrative innovative approaches
  • Must be a self-starter, someone who demonstrates by getting out in the marketplace
