Citi Productivity is a global team that reports into the Office of the CEO. The team plays an active role in setting and achieving ambitious targets for our customers and shareholders at the enterprise level.

In partnership with our leaders, Citi Productivity builds collaboration and standardization across the organization, unlocking the potential of our businesses and talent. The team embeds real productivity capabilities across our various value chains to achieve sustainable bottom-line impact.This includes:

Assessing innovation opportunities;

Identifying new sources of growth, including new value propositions;

Optimizing business and operating models;

Simplifying organizational structures;

Creating industrial-strength franchise processes.

Citi Productivity uses a hypothesis-driven, fact-based methodology where our teams analyze data and engage with stakeholders to deconstruct complex business problems, identify root causes, draw meaningful conclusions, and formulate recommendations for the Firms senior leaders.

Key Functions:

Collaborate with business and function managers to identify significant opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization;

Develop compelling executive presentations that recommend and persuade specific courses of action for decision makers;

Develop and maintain rigorous project plans and manage tactical project needs, including resource requirements, relationship management, and task management;

Develop and share best practices and lessons learned across the enterprise.

Requirements:

  • Critical thinking and problem solving:
    • Drive qualitative and quantitative analysis, addressing ambiguity in available data and input
    • Formulate hypotheses and identify actionable insights that challenge the status quo
    • Identify/Develop and apply appropriate methodologies & approaches to drive effective end-to-end problem solving
  • Communication:
    • Story-board and coordinate development of end-to-end executive documents
    • Deliver compelling presentations to senior audiences with poise and confidence
  • Team engagement and stakeholder management:
    • Act as a thought partner to senior stakeholders; provide constructive challenge
    • Direct extended network of resources to deliver against project objectives
  • Project management:
    • Own projects end-to-end; accountable for overall quality and timeliness of outcomes
    • Anticipate issues and put in place mitigation strategies; see dependencies and connectivityacross workstreams
    • Identifies dependencies with broader issues in the business
  • Bias for action:
    • Track record of driving large scale transformations and implementing high-impact initiatives end-to-end
    • Sets and manages aggressive end-to-end deliverables for the team and extended stakeholder network
  • Ability to travel 20% of time

Qualifications


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree required (preference for Finance, Economics, or other related field
  • Masters degree preferred (MBA or equivalent degree)
  • 7-10 Years of work experience
  • Experience with global operating model design, product and process transformation, financial planning and business case development, change management, relationship management, and/or strategy formulation and implementation with global financial institutions
  • Proficient in Excel and Power Point; other analysis and visualization tools a plus
  • Prior experience in management consulting, financial services or business strategy required
