Supplies Manager
 
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
 

As the successful candidate you will identify, develop and drive the Xerox supplies and Velocity technology business within aligned distributers, resellers and/or end-user clients including sales strategy, go to market modelling and business planning and implementation. You will achieve this by executing the supplies and velocity business strategy and delivery of the business results through deployment of programs across channels and target markets.

 
Key Role Tasks and Activities:
  • Deliver $1m Supplies Revenue
  • Deliver $400k Equipment Sales Revenue
 
Education and Experience:

Essential

  • Demonstrates an understanding of a Vendor/Distribution/Reseller/End-user relationship and experience of managing and developing this relationship.
  • Strong commercial awareness with an understanding the financial impact of decisions including margin, volume and revenue.
  • Understand local market influences and activity that could impact or provide opportunity to drive revenue growth.
  • The ability to develop new business alongside maintaining and maximising established customers
  • Good understanding of all business operations, including the core drivers within the sales and marketing process and a broad understanding of the Office hardware and supplies businesses.
  • Experience in design, implementation and execution of sales and marketing strategies
  • Provide accurate and consistent outlook that demonstrates understanding and control on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Directly or indirectly support end user sales cycles where a Xerox presence, skill or knowledge can make a material difference to overall performance.
 
Competencies:
  • 5 10 years of successfully working in a target driven sales environment within supplies and/or equipment.
  • Outstanding relationship-building skills and an ability to really influence buying behaviors
  • Resilience and strong goal-orientation
  • Independent and hands-on with a strong can-do attitude
  • An excellent communicator who can convince and win over people
  • Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written. Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills to build a pipeline to deliver revenue growth
