As a Strategic Project Manager, you will help manage strategy to action. This unique position provides an amazing opportunity to gain broad exposure and acumen, while delivering high-impact results by accelerating a corporate-wide service organizations transformation to new heights. The Strategic Project Manager within the CS Central Program Office (CPO) will report to the Director of the CS Strategy Office. As the Strategic Project Manager you will be responsible for assisting in defining, driving and managing Corporate Services long term strategic plan as well as turning strategy into action. The position requires a combination of business acumen, project management and execution expertise, networking capabilities, engagement with senior leadership, ability to execute through others in a disciplined way, and expertise in certain technical areas. This role comprises matrix management and will collaborate with CS Global Groups and Partners to drive Strategy execution.

As a Strategy Program Manager  your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

·        Understand and has a passion for disciplined project management, change and transition management, process improvement, and customer/user-oriented solutions.

·        Manage interdependencies and integration among multiple CS Strategy projects, teams, and stakeholders as well as possess exceptional communication skills and the expertise to influence customers and leaders across all CS organizations.

·        Creating CS Strategy Office program schedules with critical path activities, non-critical path activities, communications, dependencies, etc.

·        Facilitate and drive formal decision making models. Decision tracking, proactively identifying needed decisions, scheduling decision dates, identifying impacts of delayed decisions, documenting ratified decision details.

·        Risk management, identification, analysis, contingency planning, and respond to risks

·        Facilitate project meetings , Workshops, Map Days, Team meetings, Leadership Updates. Including tracking and managing meeting notes, etc.

·        Tracking and managing the CS Strategy Backlog. Tracking and managing AR list. Following up and ensuring timely closure of all Ars.

·        Proactive identification and resolution of program office gaps that relate to PM capabilities, templates, discipline, value add activities.

·        Collaborate with the team on overall strategy development and execution.

·        Point of contact with Key Initiative (KI) PMs to capture and resolve all program related gaps and continuous improvement opportunities.

·        Run the Strategy Office Program Management Office and representation with the CS PM community driving an effective partnership.

·        Perform QA/QC on PM activities within strategy office, standardize and institute across the KI PMs

·        Excel in ambiguous environments where creativity, critical strategic thinking, customer obsession, and enthusiasm for learning are highly valued.

·        Drive continuous improvement of CS Strategy system capabilities, data sources and analysis.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

Candidate must have one of the following with the certification:

·        Bachelor's degree in Business or technical field with 4+ years of experience in executing the Project Management and/or Software Development Life Cycle.

·        Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)

·        Master's degree in Business or technical field with 3+ years of experience in executing the Project Management and/or Software Development Life Cycle.

·        Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)

Preferred Qualifications:

·        Finance acumen.

·        Metrics and Balanced Scorecard knowledge.

·        Change Management experience.

·        Comfortable working with all levels of management and interacting with individuals at both technical and nontechnical levels. Skills to vary style/approach to fit the situation.

·        For SharePoint Online - Familiarity with Excel, or database structure.

·        For PowerApps - Familiarity or understanding of coding logic is a plus (SQL, Python, MatLab, JMP, R, Advanced Excel).

·        For PowerBI and Tableau - Familiarity with SQL, or advanced excel (e.g. Macros, SQL queries, data transformation).
