The CCB Consumer Feedback Services (CFS) department is leading a transformation in how we report and analyze consumer and employee feedback across CCB businesses and functions. The department is composed of program-level oversight and support, reporting and analytics, root cause, and centralized complaint and production processes. The reporting team is a centralized function within CFS delivering and supporting interactive dashboards and reporting solutions that provide insights, quantify trends and emerging issues, and drive action to reduce risk and improve products, services, and experiences. This position is responsible for supporting feedback related dashboard development for CCB, JPM Wealth Management, Private Bank, and groups within CIB.
