Intralox is growing!  Since 2019, the company has experienced double digit growth fueled by strong demand for its products and services in its LMH division; to support such growth, Intralox has been actively hiring new employees, and has expanded its East Coast operations footprint by 70% adding most recently a built-to-suit 310,000-sq-ft facility in Sparrow Point, MD.

  • Understand key account automation investment drivers, business needs and growth trajectory. 
  • Manage existing program sales and help uncover and develop the need for new, innovative solutions.  
  • Bring value to customer through interactions that tie Intraloxs best strengths and value propositions with solutions to the customers most critical needs.
  • Create and maintain account strategy with the account team, including sales execution and product development priorities.
  • Partner with a team of cross-functional resources (including engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, integration, and development) to effectively execute the account plan.
  • Build and maintain relationships with the account senior executives, engineering teams, operations teams, and other key decision makers.
  • Organize regular reviews of account/program progress, redirecting resources and strategy when necessary.
  • Travel with members of the account/operations team to integrate facility level specifics into the overall account planning and strategy.
  • Continuously drive account analysis to strengthen our value propositions and offerings to the account.
  • Serve as an internal champion for product and service innovation that will lead to a stronger customer partnership.

  • A Bachelors degree in Engineering or Business.
  • 4+ years in B2B sales, specifically within Logistics and Material Handling.
  • Proven track record in large account management.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills; Objective critical thinking capabilities.
  • Technical background preferred; shop-floor to boardroom skill set.
  • Ability to evaluate and effectively pursue strategic sales opportunities.
  • Conveyor / material handling or industrial construction experience preferred.
