The\rDistribution Strategic Account Director role is accountable for overall account\rownership, developing executive relationships, aligning the aggregated priorities\rfor the extended account team and profitably growing the regional account\rincremental revenue while ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction\rwith our largest channel partners in North America.
With a\rnew open role in North America the ideal senior account professional will lead\rand coordinate across all lines of business, orchestrating all the Honeywell\rbusinesses around a single, clearly articulated medium- and long-term account\rplan while driving cross-functional synergies in innovation, supply chain and\rcustomer service to better serve and expand through our top tier €˜Diamond€™\rpartners.
The role\ris ultimately measured by incremental growth in overall orders, expanded pocket\rmix, higher lifecycle value and overall improved customer satisfaction.
Key Areas\rof Responsibility:
Overall\r account ownership
Formulate\r robust strategy, develop and deliver comprehensive business plans to\r address the Diamond partners€™ priorities, orchestrates and owns the medium\r and long-term execution of the account strategy, incorporating product\r & services, delivery, customer and technical support and overall ease\r of doing business with Honeywell
Encourage\r cross-functional innovation among the organization with our partners to\r constantly identify new business winning opportunities, future road\r mapping and breakthrough initiatives while streamlining and improving all\r the touchpoints and processes that enable the partners to optimize their\r own business operations
Facilitates\r and executes through on a regular cadence of executive reviews with mutual\r performance scorecards that drive continuous account expansion combined\r with lower costs to serve; drives resolution and sets mutual stretch goals\r with both the partner and the organization at every commercial and\r technology touchpoint
Follow\r a disciplined and programmatic approach to generate demand, progress\r pipeline and convert on opportunities through the partner organization
Leverage\r support functions at a global scale including Strategy, Marketing,\r Pricing, Customer Service, Training, Forecasting etc. to create more value\r differentiation and commercial capability within Honeywell in order to\r better serve our partners with the most competitive package of portfolio,\r processes, service level and brand power
Work\r strategically to understand the customers business and provide them with\r new and different ways to push their thinking and create new sources of\r market differentiation; leverage Honeywell€™s digitization investments to\r further integrate and simplify the transactional and knowledge sharing\r interfaces with our top partners
Develop\r long term C-level relationships, create and manage a strong customer\r governance model and ensures the assigned executive sponsor is\r appropriately engaged
Drive\r incremental and profitable revenue growth across all HBT lines of business\r and services
Continuously\r identify and stimulate new opportunities, new offerings and business\r models to share and grow with our top performing partners
This role\ris located in the United States and can work remotely


7\r + years of experience in combination of B2B Industrial/Technology Sales,\r Key Account Management, and Business Development and consistent track\r record of exceptional sales results with C-level clients
7\r + years of experience with a proven track record of Strategic Account\r success with enterprise solutions managing regional multi-national\r accounts that go to market through diverse channel infrastructures


MBA\r or Masters Degree
B2B\r experience in technical diversified solutions, manufacturing, mixed with\r digital experience is a plus; industrial/building industry domain\r expertise
Exceptional\r communication skills and relationship building capability at C level\r within global industrial/ technology businesses
Demonstrable\r business experience in Sales or Consulting with leadership roles in\r channel management and multi-step distribution business models
Ability\r to influence at all levels across both the internal and the partners€™\r organization
Proven\r track record in negotiations
Excellent\r leadership & communication skills
Adaptable,\r tenacious and collaborative individuals
Ability\r to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed\r environment
