**Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Staff Electronics Engineer to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Oklahoma City, Ok.**

The successful candidate will be the technical SME across multiple avionics systems and B-2 Capabilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Acting as the technical lead responsible for the multiple avionics systems and capabilities.
+ Briefing both customer and program leadership on technical performance and challenges faced within the B-2 program
+ Managing and supporting system performance in an operational environment, as well as in lab environment, to include real time troubleshooting support and post-test data analysis
+ Addressing and correcting deliverable subsystem deficiencies and enhancements via program identified tools/systems to improve deliverable performance for operational use
+ Working within IPT leadership to prioritize and manage tasking of reach back engineering teams and responsible engineers in support of contract efforts
+ Reporting subsystem status to program and IPT leadership and identifying risks/issues/concerns in order to prevent increased cost or schedule loss

**Basic Qualifications:**

+ Must have a Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline AND 14 years of related engineering experience OR a Master's degree AND 12 years of related engineering experience, OR a PhD AND 9 years of related engineering experience.
+ Must have an active DoD Top Secret security clearance that has a background investigation in the last 6 years or is currently under continuous evaluation.
+ Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (PAR).
+ Must be willing and able to travel up to 25% based on business needs.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Experience and familiarity with common avionics systems
+ Experience in system integration and testing in all phases of program cycle
+ Familiarity with common industry standards related to communications systems, such as MIL-STD-1553, RS-422, RS-232, IPv4/IPv6
+ Experience with test equipment to include spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and power meters
+ Active DoD Top Secret security clearance and active SAP clearance

Salary Range: $127,700.00 - $191,500.00

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
