You will work with business leaders, business analysts and technical team members to validate business requirements and assure alignment to global design models. You will support multiple projects to assure the analysis, design, implementation and testing of applications are done in a highly effective way, using appropriate tools and methods. You will assure system design and configuration are executed efficiently and correctly. You coach other team members on technical skill building to enable complex system deployments and optimum performance.\r

  YOU MUST HAVE\r

  • Bachelors degree\r
  • 3+ years demonstrable experience in Information Technology supply chain systems implementation\r
  • 3+ years experience in skillful cross-organizational communications\r\r

    • Supply Chain/Procurement applications systems experience\r
    • SAP Ariba experience\r
    • SAP ERP experience\r
    • Masters Degree in business, supply chain management or closely related discipline\r
    • Ability to apply rigorous waterfall and agile project management approaches, as appropriate\r
    • Ability to travel Domestic and International 20%\r
    • Ability to translate business and technical requirements into effective IT business solutions\r
    • Effectively demonstrates ability to deliver on complex situations or problems without guidance or supervision\r
    • Good analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent customer focus\r
    • Conveys information with clarity and directness, ensuring the message is understood across diverse, global teams\r
    • Experience and strong process knowledge in several business/functional areas\r
    • Ability to apply Lean/Six Sigma techniques and thinking to ensure continual process improvement, and effective and efficient processes\r
    • Creative and team-centered collaborative problem-solving skills\r
    • Delivering \"fast and right\" results in matrixed environment\r
