are currently looking for a motivated Sr. Supply Chain Planner in our Global
Supply Chain organization to work in our Mounds View, MN facility. Based on the qualifications of the top
candidate, this role could be filled with someone outside of Minnesota.

**A Day in the Life**

As a Sr Supply Chain Planner, this individual will be supporting process
improvement opportunities throughout each stage of the product lifecycle,
including inventory and obsolescence management, new product launch planning
and execution, product rationalization, and Sales Operations Planning
Process (SOP). They would be working closely with our distribution centers
and regions to ensure the highest service level to our Customers.

Responsibilities may
include the following and other duties may be assigned.

+ Analyzes, develops, andimplements long-term supply chain strategies and networks that addresscapacity issues and production location decisions in support of businessgoals.

+ Supports business execution ofnew programs and initiatives that include promotional activities, forecastand coordination for key events, new product launches, and networkredesigns.

+ Monitors key sales andoperations planning performance indicators, cost-to-serve performancedata, and coordinates cross-functional work teams to increaseeffectiveness of supply chain initiatives.

+ Work with other demand plannersand high-volume device facilities to manage advance build andphase-in/phase-out products.

+ Utilize SAP/APO toensure the demand signals are flowing thru value stream correctly andbuild prompts at manufacturing sites are accurate.

+ Provide support to internal and external developmentteams on product launch. This includes analysis on salesrequirements, inventory requirements, obsolescence impact, and capacity impact.

**MustHave: Minimum Requirements**

+ Requiresa Bachelors Degree

+ Minimum4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years ofrelevant experience

**Nice to** **Have**

+ Sales Operations Planning(SOP) concepts and applicable experience

+ Strong knowledgeexperience working with ERP and Advanced Planning Systems; specifically,SAP ECC APO

+ Advanced Microsoft Excel/PowerPointskills

+ Product Life Cycle managementexperience

+ Ability to evaluate data inputs and create meaningfulanalysis

+ Experience in order entry/CustomerService

+ Ability to evaluatedata inputs and create meaningful analysis

+ Experience operating in a diverse cross-functional, globalenvironment

+ Must be able to operateindependently requiring limited supervision and exercise proper judgment

+ Strong organizational skills,detail oriented

+ Effective verbal and written communication,analytical and interpersonal skills

+ Demonstrated practice andtraining in Lean Manufacturing principles and/or Six Sigma

+ APICS CPIM/CSCP Certification


+ DMAIC problem solvingtechniques
