Drive value creation for Medtronic customers via long term partnership with strategic accounts

**Main responsibilities**

Develop relationships with senior leadership from strategic account (C-suite, clinical directors etc). Pull in executive sponsor(s) as needed

Drive process to understand strategic priorities needs across stakeholders in accounts

Drive process to translate insights into specific business opportunities. Ensure B. case in place

Build pan-Medtronic account plan based on prioritized opportunities together with account team. Align plan and KPIs with regional board

Orchestrate account team activities and resources to execute plan and partnership agreement plan. Pull in experts as needed

Harmonize key processes across (Gr)BUs, e.g. negotiation templates and legal terms

Drive and monitor execution and track business performance according to plan

**Job qualifications**

Ideally a Business, Science or Medical/Clinical related University Degree or equivalent

In-depth knowledge of healthcare environment, in particular understanding of the national / local health care system.

Track record of ability to manage complexity and multiple stakeholder panels.

At least 10 years of business/management experience.

Business acumen and teamwork attitude

Track record of leading and influencing skills

Geography and travel requirements

North Italy (residency: ideally Milan area)

More than 50% travel time
