Lead a team of maintenance supervisors and professionals who maintain and repair manufacturing equipment. You will leverage your significant maintenance experience and skills to lead some of the world's most talented maintenance organizations. You will use your advanced leadership abilities to drive safety, productivity, and exceptional quality in Honeywell's Orange production facilities. Through collaboration with cross functional leaders and the Honeywell Operating System (HOS), you will develop strategy to drive productivity and efficiency. As a senior manager, you will coach your leaders and individual contributors in technical and behavioral competencies in order to deliver high impact business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure plant maintenance program execution
  • Ensure compliance with safe work practices and environmental polices.  Supports Structured Safety Program and other safety-awareness programs

    YOU MUST HAVE
    • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
    • 8+ years maintenance experience in a chemical, petrochemical, and/or refining plant 
    • 4+ years maintenance management experience in a chemical, petrochemical, and/or refining plant

      WE VALUE
      • Experience with using SAP and Meridium to manage maintenance\rand reliability work flow processes and tracking of Preventative Maintenance PM\rprogram
      • Experience developing a Preventative Maintenance PM program
      • Knowledgeable of Mechanical Integrity Compliance programs\rfor OSHA PSM processes
      • Ability to develop maintenance budget and forecast and hit\rmonthly spend targets
      • Knowledge of mechanical repairs and troubleshooting
      • Proven track record leading a maintenance team in a\rchemical, petrochemical, and/or refining plant
      • Proven track record of improving equipment reliability and\rdeveloping a maintenance team
      • Proven track record of improving maintenance performance metrics,\rPM% complete per week, % reactive work,
      • Extensive experience in NDT testing
      • Knowledge and execution of Management of Change
      • Six Sigma Training and Certification
      • A leader who is self-driven, quickly assimilate plant\rknowledge and operations, and can make sound judgments in ambiguous environment
      • Advanced degree in manufacturing or business
      • Advanced manufacturing knowledge
      • Computer literacy
