Sr. Project Manager- (Energy Savings Performance Contract)- Orlando, FL

**Job purpose**

As the Senior Project Manager (PM) position, you will
initially focus on the successful deployment and execution of the Energy
Savings Performance Contract (ESPC) recently signed for govenment or naval facilities. The PM will
work with the overall Siemens Government Technologies (SGT) PM to achieve
performance contract requirements. In
addition, you will apply experience and understanding of government contracts
to ensure the project infrastructure is set up and in place to support the
achievement of the contractual commitments.
Working with US Navy and Siemens Health and Safety (HSE) policies and
procedures must be followed and compliance to all applicable regulations will
be followed.

**Your Responsibilitiesinclude:**

+ Facilitatesthe execution of project/program solution plan for within the UnitedStates Naval facility.

+ Will manage the third party maintenanceoperations team located at site.This third party will have a management team on the base who will workwith the PM.Will also work withthe Siemens Government Technology (SGT) PM as part of the overall ESPC.

+ Coordinatesoverall planning of the project and decides on allocation of resources.

+ Monitorsmilestone and adherence to budgets, and initiates actions to minimizenon-conformance cost (NCC).

+ Will provide definitionof schedule, budget, risk, change, opportunity and resource allocationmanagement for complex projects or programs with their onsite partners.

+ Maintainsconstant communication to customers, outside contractors or otherstakeholders using Siemens proven TMS maintenance planning process.

+ Acts as afunctional or business process resource on projects or programs.

+ Facilitatesexecution of continuous improvement plans.

+ Will performactive role in maintaining client relationships and sales opportunities.

+ Will beresponsible for POC accounting with the commercial project manager assignedto the contract

+ Adheres to PMstandards and Business Conduct Guidelines (e.g. Tax regulations, ExportControl, EHS).

+ Acts as advisor to leadership, managementand business partners on advanced technical matters. Represents thecompany as the primary external contact with both Siemens Government andthe United States Navy.

+ Manage andcoordinate all temporarily assigned project staff.

**Required Skills/Experience/Knowledge**

+ BS/BA inrelated discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.

+ Excellent interpersonaland communication skills

+ 10 yearswithin field of specialization or multiple disciplines to the successfulcompletion of complex assignments.

+ PMPCertification

+ Travel up to30% (Domestic/International)

**Preferred Skills/Experience/Knowledge:**

+ PM@Siemens(PM3) Certification

+ Apply andpass the PM@Siemens PM2 certification after meeting the minimum criteria.

+ Previousexperience working with government agencies and offices.

+ Knowledge ofSteam Turbines is a plus

+ Knowledge ofGenerators are a plus

+ Knowledge of reciprocatingengine systems is a plus

+ Field serviceexperience is a plus

+ Experiencewith Clarizen (OnePM), Salesforce, SAP, and or Atlas

+ GeneralKnowledge of turbine controls and systems are a plus
