We are seeking an experienced Sr. Project Lead II to facilitate financial management across the Program Delivery and Platforms & Engineering departments in Channels & Integration in Global Technology & Operations. This role will be responsible for working across key stakeholders to manage a complex IT financial portfolio, drive financial management best practices and develop critical insights to support business operations. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to collaborate across multiple areas, explore and embrace new opportunities to drive change, develop consistency and accuracy across the portfolio, and initiate/implement improvements in a variety of financial processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Serve as the primary financial and accounting resource for the Program Delivery and Platforms & Engineering IT departments. Responsible for all financial planning, monitoring and reporting, conducting detailed performance analysis and ensuring sound financial management across the portfolio.

+ Work closely with IT, Business, Finance and PMO partners to ensure all financial and operational inputs are appropriately accounted for in the proper periods and that budgets/forecasts reflect current plans.

+ Facilitate monthly financial/operating reviews with IT and business partners. Accountable for all financial reporting and analysis. Be the "go to" person for financial queries across the portfolio.

+ Develop funding models, analysis and insights to ensure coverage of department operating expenses. Partner with IT owners to drive operational expense improvements and efficiencies throughout the department.

+ Understand and facilitate the integration of business processes, people, and relevant technology in order to identify, configure, and simplify financial management process. Partner with internal customers to implement performance management rhythms and improvements.

+ Collaborate with project managers, program owners and business partners to develop annual budgets and strategic operating plans.

+ Drive and implement process improvement and efficiency efforts for department operations, project management and reporting methods. Act as a change agent to increase operational effectiveness.

**Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:**


+ 8-10+ years of progressive financial experience, including budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities, as well as experience managing complex budgets and P&L analysis; experience supporting an IT organization

+ Excellent data organization, detailed analytical and interpretation skills with ability to distill complex analysis for senior leadership

+ Advanced Excel skills along with strong financial systems knowledge

+ Adept at juggling competing priorities, delivering on time results, honoring commitments, and demonstrating ownership / accountability for financial performance

+ Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency across multiple stakeholders

+ Strategic thinker and ability to provide thought leadership

+ Ability to drive collaboration and one-team responsibility and accountability in a team environment


+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or relevant field with a solid understanding of applied accounting and finance concepts

+ Extensive knowledge of software development life cycle, infrastructure products and services and IT portfolio and program management.

+ Ability to be effective in a cross-functional, matrixed organization

+ Self-starter working in an unstructured work environment

+ Demonstrated ability to meet deliverables, honor commitments, and can do attitude in challenging but exciting environment

+ Highly effective communication standards through oral, written, and presentation mediums

+ Experience working with Project Portfolio Management tools
