We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced **Senior Program Manager, CRDN Data Enabled Therapies (DET)** to join ourCoronary and Renal Denervationteamto partner withMarketing,Sales,Engineering,Information Technology, and other functionsandacrosstheCoronary and Renal Denervation OperatingUnitto define and implementour Data Enabled Therapies strategy.Use your leadership skills to help us advance a new portfolio of customer solutions for a large, global organization serving a $7 billion market. These initiatives will serve our patients,caregivers,and healthcare professionals, and expand our portfolio, which currently serves 5 million patients each year.


**A Day in the Life**


Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.


+ Lead a suite of data enabled therapy (DET) product development programs, coordinating teams composed of cross-functional colleagues from engineering, marketing,sales,IT, and other functions

+ Manage the productsuitelifecycle including developing,defining,and overseeing the product roadmapand its associated budgetary needs, objectives, and timelines

+ Ensure that the product suite vision supports the overall strategy and goals of Medtronic and the CRDN operating unit

+ Ensure the DET product roadmap is meeting the needs of a diverse set of Cardiovascular customers and stakeholders ranging from: patients, physicians, administrators, and IT professionals

+ Translate product needs into prioritized requirements and drive collaboration across the program teams to deliver the associated product features and capabilities

+ Partner with appropriate stakeholders to develop marketing,sales,andproductsupport strategies

+ Assist in the dispositionDETproduct proposalssubmitted by multiple stakeholders across the Operating Unit, Region and/or Function

+ Act as a program and product evangelist at executive briefings, customer events, online consumer platforms, etc.


**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**


+ Bachelors degree required

+ Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience


**Nice to Have**


+ Bachelorsdegree with10+or MBA with 8+ years of experienceintaking new productsfrom idea to revenuegenerationthat combinehardware,software,andadvanced analytics (AI/ML/DL)purposely builtfor the Healthcare Industry

+ Good understanding of the tests and procedures that occur inside a catheter lab environment

+ Proven track recordin product planning,defining,and launching successful products,unifying productportfolios,and working withSaaS/AIproduct lines

+ General understanding of hospital operations, common IT infrastructure and privacy security requirements (e.g.HIPAA)

+ Excellent communication skills to addressphysicians, technicalexperts, andexecutive management. Ability tosimplifycomplextechnicalterminologyfor multiple audiences

+ Experiencebuildingmeaningful relationshipswith business partners and customers to ensure business value is delivered accordingly

+ Ability tolead teamsconsisting ofboth direct and indirectemployees; influenceand inspire through thought leadership, mentoring and coaching.

+ Direct EMR/HIE deployment experience along with care pathway and clinical decision support design/development experience

+ Experience working in clinical informatics and/or data sciences

+ Experience working with value-based healthcare programs/projects

+ Excellent knowledge of software and application design,architectureand delivery (e.g.SDLC)

+ Solid understanding of security, cloud, and IoT concepts

+ Experience with Hospital Integration Engines (HL7, FHIR, and CCD/CCDA protocols)

+ Experience with connected devices and software solutions

+ Experience with the Payer industry

+ Experience with real-world healthcare data standards (ICD, HCPCS, LOINC, SNOMED, etc.)

+ Understanding of regulatory oversight of medical software

+ Experiencedesigning new business modelsutilizing the Business Model Canvas, Lean Startup or other common frameworks


TRAVEL: 25-30%


SALARY RANGE: $145K-185K commensurate with experience
