Boston, MA 02109

Job summary
Amazon is on mission to reinvent pharmacy and driving the future of healthcare. We use design, service, and technology to provide the best possible customer experience and change the way people think about medicine.

In this role, you will drive the long-term vision for Amazon Pharmacy customer engagement through notifications. To achieve this vision, you will partner closely with design, product management, analytics, and engineering leaders within Pharmacy and across Amazon Healthcare to make both incremental progress and innovative shifts in customer experience. You will own the vision and strategy for a centralized notifications engine, delighting customers while driving medication adherence to improve health outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity to define customer expectations for health experiences on Amazon. The ideal candidate will have an €œanything is possible€ mindset.
