We are looking for a passionate, results-oriented Sr. Product Manager-Tech to own the deployment and integration of a new platform to support our internal enablement tools and programs for the Technical Field community. You€™ll collaborate with SAs, software developers, vendors, and other program managers to drive a large scale integration of enablement platforms for the SA function.

The Worldwide Field Technical Enablement Team (WWTFE) is looking for a highly motivated Senior Product Manager - Technical to partner with our software development teams in building out platforms and tools to help the tech field community. This position requires a proactive, highly motivated individual with an aptitude for customer focus and critical thinking and who can initiate and manage strategic system development around the globe. This person will be expected to take ownership and drive positive change. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity, is analytical, detail oriented and possesses the ability to work well with cross-functional teams including world-wide AWS, Solution Architecture, and software development teams.

This role can be performed near any US AWS office.


Key job responsibilities
€¢ Lead the integration and development of internal applications
€¢ Gather and prioritize key requirements from stakeholders
€¢ Work with key stakeholders in Business, Operations, Engineering, and Service/Development teams to ensure requirements are translated into actionable roadmaps.
€¢ Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and trade-offs against developer experience and time to market
€¢ Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team€™s ability to meet business goals
€¢ Communicate regularly with senior management, stakeholders on status, risks and change control
€¢ Establish business processes and policies, as well as metrics and indicators for success
€¢ Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

€¢ 5+ years Product Management experience
€¢ Proven track record in innovating, developing and managing customer-facing products
€¢ Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
€¢ Bachelor€™s degree in a related field required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

€¢ MBA or a Master€™s degree in a technical discipline preferred
€¢ Prior experience managing technical products or online services
€¢ Prior experience in application development is a plus
€¢ Prior experience in database system is a plus
€¢ Knowledge in technology development best practices and product management methodology
€¢ Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence others internally and externally

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $151,200 - $204,600[yr]; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
