Sr. Product Manager, Conversational AI and Machine Learning

Our Voice Self-Service team is recruiting a Sr. Product Manager to help build great digital experiences for millions of customers using AI technologies like Natural Language Processing, Speech Synthesis, Machine Learning, and Chatbots.  Using these technologies, you will be involved in building product strategy to anticipate customer needs and build experiences to deliver it directly to the customer.

To fit in, you have to be jazzed about delivering amazingly simple experiences that make life easier for our customers. Youll also need to be equally comfortable talking to Engineers in our Agile teams as you are communicating with Data Scientists to drive Machine Learning insights.

Here are a few things you can expect to do in this role:

  • Lead product initiatives and customer experience from ideation to roll out

  • Partner with our Tech and Data Science teams to find opportunities to leverage Machine Learning to deliver personalized and contextual experiences for our customers

  • Drive design and objectives with business cases, design thinking, customer feedback, market research, and competitive analysis

  • Lead grooming activities within an Agile team, specifically defining and writing user stories, acceptance criteria and customer experience

  • Work with a cross-functional team to translate customer needs and technology directions into new capabilities and features

  • Develop and lead customer research, prototyping, and test and learn agendas with a focus on building MVP experiences to learn about hypotheses

  • Contribute to the overall Voice Servicing product vision and strategy and help represent that to stakeholders

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree

  • At least 5 years of experience in digital product management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into customer facing digital experiences

  • At least 2 years of experience in Agile product management

  • BS in Computer Science and/or MBA

  • At least 7 years of experience in technology

  • At least 2 years of experience in technologies such as NLP, chatbots, speech synthesis, interactive game design, or conversational interfaces
