Amazon Air leverages the capabilities of a Salesforce.com-based information portal to perform two-way communication, data exchange, and enterprise direction to our operating partners.

We are seeking a Sr. Product Manager, Salesforce to own a portfolio of projects synchronizing air operations across multiple users, third-party partners, and internal sites. The successful candidate must be able to work directly with the system/data, lead multiple technical projects or project phases at one time, and manage stakeholders€™ expectations against deliverables and evolving timelines.

Candidates must possess a strong business acumen and have the ability to work directly with various internal customers to understand operations, planning, and analysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential solutions to operational challenges that leverage the capabilities of the Salesforce platform, and then creating and managing a plan to execute those solutions.

· Seek out ways to utilize Salesforce to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace
· Lead requirements gathering sessions, design prototypes, set expectations with customers/stakeholders and drive projects to completion
· Proactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customization that meet business requirements
· Manage a release process to test, validate and implement new applications/code, and updates to existing applications/code that support key business groups
· Work with various functions and end users to identify, document, and communicate standard business processes as they relate to Salesforce
· Hands on configuration and data migration experience to execute projects


· Bachelor€™s degree
· 2+ years previous experience implementing and configuring Salesforce.com
· Solid understanding of and detailed experience with the Salesforce.com architecture
· In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce application coupled with good understanding of business processes related to Sales, Communities, Marketing, Support, etc.
· Experience working with large data volumes and data migrations across multiple tools and systems.
· Experience developing and delivering solutions to real customer problems, preferably with an emphasis on Operations, Supply Chain, and/or Vendor Management as a consultant or team leader.


· Certified Salesforce.com Administrator (ADM-201), Advanced Administrator (ADM-211 or ADM-301) or equivalent experience
· Highly innovative, flexible and self-directed
· Results-oriented person with a delivery focus
· Handles multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
· Strong Excel skills (VLookups, Pivot Tables)
· Experience with Salesforce portals (Communities, Partner, or Customer Portal)
· Knowledge of Salesforce products (Salesforce for Outlook, Einstein Analytics, Pardot)
· Able to thrive in an ambiguous environment when given high levels of autonomy and responsibility
· Strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills
· Strong business acumen, business analysis, functional experience including requirements gathering, and creating / deploying solutions to end users
· Strong verbal / written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
