**Sr. Pricing Strategy Analyst**

This is an exciting opportunity for a high potential, analytical, pro-active candidate to join the MITG SI Strategic Pricing Pricing Operations Team. This person, reporting to the Strategic Pricing Manager, acts as the liaison between the Marketing and Offer Development teams for Pricing responsibilities including creation of new product pricing, scenario modeling, and financial analysis. The individual will also provide guidance to Marketing on fine tuning new product pricing strategies, implementation of Marketing promotions and tracking price volume initiatives. With in-depth knowledge and understanding of company products, pricing programs, and market trends, the individual will help to establish strategic pricing processes and procedures as well as pricing analytic models. This person will interact with Marketing, Shared Services, Legal, Sales and Offer Development team members during the pricing development process.

**A Day in the Life**


Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.


+ Develops and communicates the strategic, financial, and administrative implications of proposed and/or implemented pricing policy.

+ Prepares and disseminates information with marketing, sales and finance regarding pricing formulas, margin improvements, customer segmentation, etc.

+ Develops price recommendations to ensure compliance with policy.

+ Recommends positions for pricing and reimbursement strategies for current and future products across all relevant customer and market segments.

+ Deliver training to the Marketing organization and other functional groups, as needed.

+ Provides input on final pricing contracts.

+ May plan and develop market research and analysis.


**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**

Bachelors Degree and 4+ years experience in pricing, business ops, business analytics or sales analytics.

OR

Masters Degree and 2+ years experience in pricing, business ops, business analytics or sales analytics.


**Nice to Have**


+ MBA

+ 5+ years pricing experience

+ Previous medical device industry experience

+ Six Sigma or Lean Training and Certification

+ Robust knowledge of Microsoft Excel

+ Experience with supporting commercial departments in evaluation and consulting on business issues/proposals.

+ High degree of analytical ability and attention to detail

+ Sound presentation skills and comfortable delivering content to various audiences.
