You will be successful by planning, executing, and delivering elite products\rand services. You will develop and implement the product strategy (STRAP) to\rdrive revenue, orders, and gross profit globally. You will lead the product\rsupport team to drive strategy execution to ensure product development and\rposition and provide support to both the sales team and customers. You will\rpartner with the sales and channel teams to develop tactical plans to\rconsistently identify new business opportunities, with successful\rimplementation of such plans. In short, you own this.

Bachelors degree in a technical field
A minimum of 5 years experience of Product Management experience
2+ years of OEM and Distribution Marketing experience
2+ years of Aerospace and/ or Defense industry experience (in a sales / marketing, engineering or customer facing type of role)

MBA (Master in Business Administration)
Aerospace and or Defense experience
MRO (maintenance repair and overhaul) marketing experience
Sales experience or the training of sales teams
Military experience
