**A Day in the Life**

The Sr Market Manager, Program
Management is a member of the Global
Marketing Innovative Business Modeling team and will report directly to the
Global Marketing leader. This strategic
and operational role leads and manages a wide array of complex and difficult
programs, most importantly, the development, and launch of the Patient
Monitoring Global Marketing Strategic Planning and Execution Process, directing
optimal alignment of resources, rollout to the global regional marketing teams,
and ongoing governance and accountability to the plan and results, globally.

The Sr Market Manager, Program
Management is responsible for several key initiatives including being the PM
global marketing core team member of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
MITG initiative, establishing a standardized digital marketing capability for
internal communication programs, managing the ongoing regional communication
and strategic alignment governance, society and conference strategy, Key
Opinion Leaders (KOL) management in partnership with medical affairs and
supporting the needs of the Patient Monitoring strategic planning processes.

The Sr Market Manager will work collaboratively across
the business with functional partners including Global Marketing, Regional
Marketing, RD, Finance, Medical/Clinical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs,
Legal, Research and Development, and Information Technology.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Responsible for planning, initiating,monitoring, tracking marketing projects and process improvementinitiatives and facilitating successful, on-time and within budgetexecution.

+ Initiatives may include supportingthe development and implementing launch plans, lead strategic activitiessuch as business plans, sales/revenue dashboards.

+ PM global marketing core teammember of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) MITG initiative

+ Establishing and supporting astandardized digital marketing capability for internal communicationprograms

+ Managing the ongoing regionalcommunication and strategic alignment governance

+ Society and conferencestrategy and Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) management in partnership withmedical affairs

+ Supporting the needs of thePatient Monitoring strategic planning processes

+ Technology to support PatientMonitorings short and long-term goals while remaining consistent withorganization's overall mission.

+ Directs day to day activitiesfor multiple work-stream teams through managing project plans,resourcing, status reporting, resolving issues, identifying projectrisks and accountabilities for deliverables across multiple functionalorganizations.

+ Establishes meaningfulmetrics and tracks against them.

+ Travel requirements range from 20-30%.

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**

+ Bachelors degree required

+ Minimum of 7 years of marketing experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of marketing experience

**Nice to Have**

+ Project management or program management experience preferred.

+ Broad management knowledgeand experience to lead project teams in one department.

+ Medical device marketing experience(preferred)

+ Marketing strategy and programexecution experience required

+ Experience working with commercial partners with direct andOEM channels

+ A solid understanding of thehealthcare continuum across the globe.

+ Naturally curious with a demonstrated track record oflearning and using that knowledge to advance the business goals.
