This position is responsible for enhancing our ability to train and sell by providing tactical 

clinical training to the sales organization and ensuring consistent and effective 

clinical and sales messaging.  The position is geographically 

based, spends significant time in the field with physicians and sites and uses clinical experience and knowledge to integrate with Marketing and Sales Training 

to produce, influence and execute â€œon the ground” education.

Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.

1. Develop effective training for sites, field and proctors especially as it relates to subjects valve implant and follow-up clinical data or product performance.

2. Develop effective messaging for key customer objections and competitor claims, especially as it relates to clinical data or product performance. 

3. Actively support all forms of clinical training meetings, including site initiation visits, conferences, animal lab training, field training creating and delivering content, assessing competency.

4. Use field experiences and knowledge to participate in development of  overall clinical training strategies. 

5. Create internal and external training tools, programs and operating procedures.

6. Create processes and forums for sharing best practices and key clinical training.

7. Act as a liaison from the field clinical team to support and influence Marketing

 programs and ClinicalTraining programs. 

8. Work with individuals to improve skills in specifically targeted areas 

and develops ways to monitor and measure. 

9. Provide clinical technique training on marketing programs and messaging.

This position is accountable for improving the clinical skills and performance of 

sites, field clinical, and physician proctors.

They act as an expert resource for the sales team to rely on to provide 

direction and training in clinical and tactical selling. They must use their 

in-depth knowledge and experience to produce and deliver outstanding â€œon the ground” clinical guidance and training that is a competitive advantage for our 

company.

Minimum Education:

Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years of related work experience with a good 

understanding of specified functional area or an equivalent combination 

of education and work experience.

Minimum Experience/Training Required: Experience in 2 of the following 3 areas: sales, marketing, sales training 

(or at least has demonstrated these capabilities in prior experiences), 

10 years of relevant work experience, including 3 years of direct industry experience. Direct experience working with physician customers. 

A clinical background and/or strong clinical knowledge and aptitude. 

Strong communication skills, specifically an ability to deliver effective training to 

large and small audiences, ability to work with several levels 

within the organization and ability and experience

working with physician customers. 

Solid understanding and a application of business concepts, procedures and practices. Working knowledge in MS Office applications.
