The Private Pricing Transformation function is a critical part of the Strategic Customer Engagements (SCE) team to achieve the highest standards of excellence for WW Commercial Operations. This role, based in Seattle, WA, will focus on strategic initiatives of the Private Pricing Organization, which is instrumental in driving the strategy, structuring, negotiations, and closure of private deals. Private Pricing deals consist of large, strategic, complex, or highly competitive commercial deals. The broad responsibility will be to transform the business to achieve scale, effectiveness, and efficiency. Specifically, the transformation manager will establish business goals, manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives, drive deal cycle optimization, lead development of tools & , lead deal analytics and modeling effort, provide actionable insights, and establish/track/report performance metrics.

The successful candidate must act now to achieve long term goals, have a great attitude, must be a fast learner, likes being continually challenged, and demonstrates sound judgment even in ambiguous situations. Communication, attention to detail, follow through, ability to coordinate across teams will be second nature for being effective in this role. This position requires the candidate to be a hands-on problem solver, diving deep to identify blockers, have an uncanny ability to unpack complexity and develop simple solutions. The candidate must have demonstrated expertise in data analytics, be proficient in process optimization, and have a penchant for conceptualizing & implementing mechanisms.


Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Support annual operational planning activities to create a business plan with strategic initiatives and priorities supported by data and customer anecdotes.
· Support the creation, tracking, and execution of goals and operational metrics required to achieve the strategic objectives of the business group.
· Support operational activities related to resource planning, budgeting, compensation plans, preparing for monthly & quarterly operational reviews, and tracking status of initiatives.
· Drive process optimization and initiatives to improve the efficiency and quality of the deal cycle.
· Proactively identify, track, and execute opportunities to improve operational performance and achieve key goals and targets.
· Execute chosen solutions by creating project plans, identifying resources, and organizing cross-functional teams to implement future state process & tools.
· Collaborate with functional teams to develop business or technology solutions, conduct proof-of-concept, and obtain buy-in from key stakeholders.
· Be integral to the change management process ensuring adoption of new processes and tools through performance measures.
· Publish project trackers and flash reports to keep stakeholders informed about project status.
· Create forecasting and other analytical models using the appropriate business logic to provide actionable insights.
· Create reports and visualization to present results in an easy and meaningful manner.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, project/ management, or process improvements.
· 3+ years of experience leading large scale projects or initiatives, working collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
· Bachelor€™s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, , Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· MS in Engineering or MBA with work experience in a technology company.
· Demonstrated skills and passion for problem solving and process improvements with a proven ability to design & implement workable solutions.
· Advanced skills in data analysis using MS Excel, performance measurement, and reporting.
· Ability to consistently meet deadlines, and provide well-vetted reporting and business recommendations.
· Ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment.
· Experience working and communicating with senior executives. Should possess the business acumen and judgment to act as an advisor to support data driven decision making.
· Highly organized and detail oriented, is able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced environment, that can think strategically, act tactically, and execute methodically.
· Entrepreneurial mindset with an aptitude for continuous innovation and creativity to develop solutions rapidly and iteratively.
· Motivated self-starter, that is action-oriented and takes the initiative to proactively address challenges, willing to flex and help where needed, and requires limited supervision.
· Committed to learning and expanding leadership capabilities, professional skills, and technical knowledge of both self and the team.
· Lean Six Sigma black belt with extensive process improvement experience that can drive business and technology transformation.
· Data science, analytics, or data engineering experience with a penchant for business logic and modeling. Experience in SQL, statistical tools such as R and a working knowledge of Python.
· Ability to present complex results in a clear, concise and enticing manner that encourages action. Experience building executive dashboards or reports using simple visualization.
· Demonstrated ability to lead and influence teams that may not be within your organization.
