Job summary
This L&D Governance Lead is responsible for delivering a professional and €˜best in class€™ governance service, advising on a broad range of matters to support the Boards and Senior Leaders in meeting their duties, obligations and objectives.

Our Governance Model, will enable leadership to assign accountability, define priorities, allocate budget and resources appropriately, drive actionable decision making and transform the way WWOps consumes our programs. Through governance, our leaders can meet with senior leaders in the organization to review, prioritize, sponsor and partner on measuring the training requests that come from the business. This process has the benefit of ensuring that senior leaders have visibility into all requests and are the key decision-makers on priority focus areas for the business, while supporting the strategy and priorities.

This role can be based in Seattle, Nashville or at one of our regional office locations. Virtual location may be considered.

Key job responsibilities
€¢ Deliver a professional and €˜best in class€™ governance service, advising on a broad range of matters to supporting our organization and Senior Leaders in meeting their duties, obligations and objectives.
€¢ Advise on, and adhere to, the Governance Framework, including drafting and implementation of any relevant policies and procedures.
€¢ Responsibility for organizing and coordinating inputs to the Board and Management Meetings, as
€¢ Managing governance processes, including committee terms of reference, conflicts of interest, Board training, and responsibility matrices.
€¢ Responsibility for providing appropriate governance expertise in ad hoc projects
€¢ Support the oversight of Governance-related KPIs, including presenting these metrics to Senior Leadership during Management and Board meetings.

About the team
The Consumer Talent Strategy, Management & Development (CTSMD) team provides centralized support for associate training as well as leader onboarding and development for first, middle, and last mile WWOps business units across EC (emerging countries), EU and NA.


  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

€¢ 5+ years of Governance experience
€¢ Experience in partnering with and advising senior stakeholders, particularly in the context of a rapidly changing and growth-oriented environment
€¢ Experience writing policy, identifying gaps in compliance and building out governance standards and programs with automated controls and mechanisms


  • Strong ability to multi-task and problem solve
  • High energy and creativity, an entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to work in a fast growth and changing environment
  • Ability to work within a matrix environment and cross functionally
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive to completion using project/program management tools
  • Exceptional analytical skills, including proven abilities in process development and data management, financial accounting, reporting, auditing and reconciliations, and strengths in reporting and communicating data and trends to business leaders
  • Six Sigma, Kaizen, Agile, or other Process Improvement methodologies

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $118,700 - $143,700/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
