Highly visible role - working with Honeywell Executives; Self-driven, able to manage your own time. Essentially you are a \"1 PERSON TEAM\". The Executive Services Sr. Information Systems Analyst reports to the Global Executive Services Manager. The IT Support Specialist is principally responsible for delivering personalized IT support for the highest level of executive(s) in the organization. 

Relocation package is available for candidates willing to move to the Charlotte area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure end-to-end operational support to Senior Executive(s) for PC hardware/software, remote desktop management, system management, various applications, mobile phone, audio/video conferencing, LAN/WAN, procurement, audit/inventory
  • Manage contractors/vendors/providers, when applicable, and ensure end to end accountability in all areas including project management, service management, and ongoing proactive maintenance plans as it pertains to IT/AV systems
  • Ability to quantify customer satisfaction and maintain the longevity of industry-leading support levels
  • Stay up-to-date on new technologies and trends; deploy new technology and services to supported Executive(s)
  • Have knowledge and understanding of security and compliance
  • Ability to communicate to all levels of the organization and ensure a clear, succinct message is conveyed
  • Ability to work with a wide variety of technical & non-technical staff
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize work

  • Flexibility to travel €“ 10 -15%


    • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Technology or other technical degree, or in lieu of degree 5+ years or experience providing IT support
    • 2+ years of experience providing technical support to Senior Executives and meeting/exceeding expectations set with those stakeholders
    • 3+ years of experience with Apple Mobile Devices (iPad/iPhone/Apple TV/iOS/LTE)
    • 3+ years of experience with Windows 7/10 Support with Hardware break/fix experience
    • 3+ years or experience with Audio/Visual/Home-Theater Equipment Production (setup/configuration/support of Audio Mixers, Sonos Systems, projectors, and codecs)
    • 3+ years of experience with MS Office Products (special focus on Office365 / Skype / Outlook / Exchange)
    • Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements

      • Strong leadership presence, interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
