**ADay in the Life**

The Global Market Development Manager is
responsible for developing and leading execution of the global launch and
growth strategy for the endoscopic resection platform and ensuring revenue and
profitability targets are achieved globally.
This role will work closely with the regional marketing and cross functional
teams to ensure local translation and execution of the global plan is achieved
including, value proposition, pricing strategy, commercial plans and tactics
and performance measures with an emphasis on patient access and business
expansion. The
Global Market Development Manager reports to the Director of Global Marketing.The
position will be located in Sunnyvale, CA.

Responsibilities may include the following and
other duties may be assigned.

+ Develop and leadexecution of global launch plans for the endoscopic resection portfolio.

+ Create and refreshshort (one year) and long term (four year) global market development plansto inform the annual operating plan (AOP) and strategic planningprocesses.

+ Lead developmentof regional business and market development strategies and supportexecution by driving accountability and measuring and reporting results tosenior leadership quarterly.

+ Continuallyevaluate and recommend timely adjustments of disease state strategy andexecution tactics to meet changing market and competitive conditions,including revision of associated market models.

+ Identify keyglobal market opportunities for share gain and category growth, leveragingmarket research and VOC to assess market opportunities and trends.

+ Represent theglobal business and be the subject matter expert during the Patient AccessAccelerator (PAA) process, with the goal of developing strategies andmeasurable action plans to overcome regional barriers to adoption andimprove patient access to our technologies.

+ Maintain a regularcommunication pathway with all regional marketing partners to share bestpractices, ensure alignment and measure progress.

+ Establish strongrelationships with influential healthcare professionals including those inclinical and health economics.

+ Lead key opinionleader (KOL) and medical society/advocate strategy in therapeuticendoscopy in conjunction with the Medical Affairs team to establish careguidelines, guide clinical evidence value based care initiatives toestablish programs that drive acceptance of key procedures.

+ Participate in thedevelopment of key marketing collateral and necessary branding materialsrequired to grow the assigned business and ensure safe and effective useof our products globally.

Functional Collaboration

+ Build influential partnershipsacross regional marketing, sales, medical affairs, HEPR and other groupsto ensure the global operating plan is achieved.

+ Work with the Product InnovationManager to influence investment decisions in technologies, therapies andservices by leveraging subject matter expertise and global marketinsights.

+ Contribute to an environment ofcollaboration, trust, achievement and high engagement.

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**

+ Bachelors degree required

+ Minimumof 7 years of experience is required in two or more of the followingfunctions in the medical device space: product marketing, marketdevelopment or sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a direct marketing roleor an advanced degree with five years of experience in two or more of thefollowing functions in the medical device space: product marketing, marketdevelopment or sales

+ Experience influencingteams and working in a matrix organization.

+ Strong and on-timeexecution focus with stakeholders including sales teams in a dynamicenvironment with an ability to be agile.

+ Experience workingwith key societies and physician leaders to develop and execute strategicinitiatives.

+ Strong quantitative, analytical, written and verbalskills.

+ Proven track record of planning and execution.

+ Ability to balance development of strategy plusexperience in bringing that strategy to life through execution.

+ Executing in theshared service organization, business acumen and strong interpersonalskills.
