**Job Description**

Senior Director, Digital Health Services and Operations plays a vital role on the team driving both a strategic and operational programs. In this role, the Senior Director will lead 3 major programs:

Digital strategy and product for the MinuteClinic and broader Health Services business with a focus on driving access to quality and convient health care for our customers;

Strategy, business development and partnerships and product for CVSs external-facing API Center of Excellence; and

The creation of a new Product Office to drive operations, communications and digital transformation for the CVS Retail business including MinuteClinic, Health Services and CVS Retail (Front of Store)

This role has direct impact to the success of the CVSHealth enterprise, leverages a significant investment portfolio, and makes autonomous decisions guided by strategic objectives.

Specific responsibilities include:

MinuteClinic and Health Services

Work closely with your business partners to develop and continuously evolve a digital strategy to support and drive the business of our 1,100 MinuteClinic businesses and our developing Health Services offerings (e.g. Optometry) including surfacing tansformative digital innovation to support sustainable growth and drive financial value

Oversee agile Product and IT teams for all MinuteClinic and Health Services product including: virtual care, scheduling for nurse practitioners and search optimization

External-Facing API Program

Lead a Center of Excellence team from a start-up model to a more mature model by contuing to develop our API platform, develop an extended team (e.g. lead training for developers learning APIs)

Evangelise API program to internal and external stakeholders

Lead external conversations to drive an outside-in perspective to drive ideas for new APIs

Execute and oversee new partnerships, including legal, privacy and security with third parties

Product Office

Lead communications to internal stakeholders on key topics including: work underway, success stories, learnings and future roadmap

Engage outside digital (business, IT) to look for higher level themes

**Required Qualifications**

8-10 years of work experience, with strong preferences for some combination of:

o Product or software strategy, development

o Management Consulting

o In-house corporate strategy experience within healthcare sector

o Project management

**Preferred Qualifications**

MBA or Advanced Degree Education

Experience with Agile / SAFe

Payor/Provider experience

Experience establishing, leading or working on an external-facing API program

History of leading complex projects involving multiple matrixed workgroups across a large endeavor/organization

Strong communicator, both verbal and written, with executive presence and the ability to influence across functions and at all levels of an organization

Ability to provide vision to teams to guide fast-paced projects, establish key milestones driven by market/enterprise need, and direct teams on how to approach key initiatives

Ability to build strong relationships with peers and senior executives including the capacity to see around corner to unlock potential roadblocks and secure necessary funds/resources

Demonstrated organized, detail-oriented, and structured thinking and execution, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously and adjust priorities as needed in order to meet deadlines, demonstrating a high level of independent judgment and pro-activity
