Candidates will be experts on social media analytics, understand the nuances, advantages and shortcomings of each platform and know how to utilize data in formulating a content marketing strategy This role will work with a team of data analysts, SEO experts and content creators and will require excellent interpersonal and communicative skills, as well as demonstrate sound leadership and decision-making ability. Ultimately, this role will lead a collaborative team effort to create a content marketing plan that delivers content for sales, channel partners and end users from several verticals, across the buyers journey, which would include thought leadership, solutions and conversion content.
\rThis role will support Honeywell Fires digital marketing transformation and execution of key campaigns and digital marketing activities for several global business units. As the owner of content marketing, you will help the team define go-to-market, marketing mix, personas and the customer decision journey and manage the campaign end-to-end including measuring impact end user and channel activities. Measuring and analyzing tactical KPIs such as email open and conversion rates, social engagement as well as strategic KPIs such as marketing generated revenue and ROMI.
\rThe ideal candidate will be expert with emerging digital channels with a keen eye for creative driven solutions.

  • Performing a content audit
  • Develop a content marketing plan and content creation calendar
  • Orchestrating digital content strategies across all online platforms
  • Driving traffic and engagement that translates to sales and brand promotion.
  • Managing a content marketing budget.
  • Measuring the results of marketing activity to inform future marketing campaigns
  • Managing a team of writers, illustrators and data analysts
  • Implementing SEO best practices
  • Knowing which platform different kinds of content are best suited to
  • Designing and implementing creative marketing strategies to disseminate content
  • Manage implementation of digital tactics and projects (e.g. Website consolidation)
  • Create digital marketing and L2R plans for campaigns, product launches, and events
  • Track and measure impact of marketing tactics across entire Marketing Mix
  • Direct the work of content management, marketing automation, design, social and paid media
  • Work with business Marketing teams to determine budgets and drive digital budgetary compliance
  • Integrate campaigns with digital properties and the L2R model
  • Drive Lead Gen goals by identifying opportunities and coordinating resources
  • Improve the user experience across web sites and other digital channels
  • Increase visitors to our digital channels at a YoY rate greater than organic
  • Increase visits from Search, Social and eMail (Work to have social outpace search as key driver of visits) at a YoY rate greater than organic
  • Increase conversions (leads/sales) at a YoY rate greater than organic. Partner with E-commerce team to drive qualified visits to shops
  • Propose and manage content strategies that engage our audiences and stimulate sharing
  • Partner with Content and Social Media peers to increase positive social mentions and obtain a leading share of voice
  • Generate insight and foresight from analytics
  • Manage a global team of direct and matrixed marketing specialists


    • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing or related discipline required\r\t
    • 5 years of dedicated content marketing experience at an agency or medium to large corporation\r\t
    • 5 years excellent copy writing skills, a journalism background would be a plus\r\r

      • Understanding of brand guidelines and how to ensure projects bring the brand to life in inspiring ways.\r\t
      • Analytic orientation, experience with digital analytics tools including social\r\t
      • Understanding of agency capabilities and process\r\t
      • Ability to look beyond a single business unit or region. \r\t
      • Ability to work as a team in a matrixed organization, take direction and move forward.\r
