**Job Description**

The purpose of this position will be in part to administer Repair Services for high priority trades. Exampls of these trades include Signs, Automatic Doors, Security Grills and Drive Thru Equipment. The role will be solely responsible for managing the assigned trade(s) and will take direction from the Repair Services Manager. This position will also manage the budget of the assigned trade(s), forecast and own the financials.

The second, larger part of this role will perform analytical reporting for the assigned trades. This position will be responsible for setting key performance indicators for third party vendors, performing comprehensive business reviews and financial analysis. At times, this position will manage projects, pilots and request for proposals alongside the Repair Services Manager. Experience managing vendors and direct reports to achieve company goals or intended results. The ability to develop projects, guide them to completion, while working with multiple stake holders who may or may not have the same interests in a professional manor. Additional project assignments will also be assigned to the Repair Analyst as needed.

**Required Qualifications**

-3 to 5 years related experience in property, vendor or program management

-Strong analytical / reporting skills

-Ability to recognize key performance indicators and how to measure them

-Experience working with multiple departments with varying stake holders and interests in a professional manner

-Experience working in a team environment & independently with varying levels across the company

-Strong budgeting and forecasting skills

-Previous management experience specifically w/ vendors and direct reports

-Effectively manages multiple medium to large projects

-Can effectively manage multiple vendor relationships

-Excellent presentation and people skills

-Very organized and ability to re-organize programs or projects to improve processes

-Ability to adapt quickly to changes and drive change if directed

-Strong Microsoft office skills, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook

**Preferred Qualifications**

-5 to 8 years related experience in property, vendor or program management

-Experience with Property or Vendor Management software preferred but not required

-Experience with AP software preferred but not required


High School Diploma required, College Degree preferred
