The International Seller Growth team is looking for a Sr. Program Manager to take Amazon€™s International Seller Self-Service Recruiting and Development to the next level. Self-Service channel is the leading entry point for WW Sellers to join Amazon and grow. Because it€™s efficient and scalable, we want to ensure we keep high standards on Seller Experience.

In this role, you will use data to understand the pain points impacting Seller success, detect regional best practices, influence Central Product and Tech teams to reach a world class Seller experience and invent new ways to identify and support Sellers through processes that scale. To achieve this, you will work closely with global business, product teams to define and meet ambitious goals and will engage with Senior Leadership to report performance.

A proven record of accomplishment in analyzing large amounts of data to come up with the right initiatives is a big plus. If you have a Business analysis/engineering background and looking to move to program role and this role will be a good fit.
In this role, you will:

· Devise new ways to help Sellers get sales on Amazon and be successful.
· Design dashboard and metrics enabling decision making and resource prioritization, collaborating with our Business Intelligence team
· Analyze complex data across geographies to drive insights and come up with set of initiatives
· Make data-driven recommendations on product and process improvements that will drive Seller acquisition and growth
· Influence cross-functional Product and Tech teams€™ roadmaps to accelerate automation and eliminate frictions
· Coordinate diverse geographical zones and align their goals
· Collaborate with multiple regional teams on aligning on processes and SOP's and driving execution


· Bachelor€™s degree
· 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional programs, products, and/or projects
· Professional experience working with reporting, KPI€™s, and/or data
· Professional experience with both SQL and Excel


· MBA and/or Master€™s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field strongly desired
· Experience working with global stakeholders or building customized solutions to accommodate international market needs
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
· E-commerce or internet industry experience
· Entrepreneurial spirit with a high tolerance for ambiguity
