In this exciting role as a **Sr Business Process Improvement Analyst,** you will have primary responsibility supporting the Core Quality Systems efforts to drive process improvements needs on reporting, standardization and automation for Quality Planning and Management Review, enabling execution of the process for the CQS QMS and serving as a process SME for the OUs, Networks and Regions. This will require partnering with all Management representatives, IT and the CQS data team to enhance analysis and build an efficient process.

This role utilizes their broad range of experience in project management, operational excellence, data quality, metric reporting, and process improvement. This role works independently and under only general direction. This position is within the Core Quality Services organization specifically the Quality Management Systems, Quality Planning and Management Review Team.

**Location: Remote within the U.S.**

**Preferred Locations: Mounds View, MN; Louisville, CO; Miami Lakes, FL**

**Ability to travel up to 25% (domestic and international)**

**A Day in the Life**

Responsibilities include the following but not limited to:

+ Plans, performs and implements process improvement initiatives (such as Lean or Six Sigma).

+ Diagrams and evaluates existing processes.

+ Organizes, leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams.

+ Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.

+ Collects data to identify root cause of problems.

+ Measures performance against process requirements.

+ May deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control.

+ Surveys and analyzes best practices for techniques and processes.

+ Communicates team progress.

+ Performs cost and benefit analyses.

+ Serve as a process liaison between the data team and management review for escalation of issues and partnership

+ Support efforts for IT tool selection, implementation including validation for solutions to support the process.

+ Supports teams with data quality issues and recommendations for management review.

+ Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the project management process, guidelines, tools / templates, best practices, and overall implementation

Bachelors Degreewith4+ years of work experience in a health, clinical, technical or scientific field and/or Quality in a regulatory environment OR Advanced Degree with 2+ years of work experience in a health, clinical, technical or scientific field and/or Quality in a regulatory environment

**Nice to Have (Preferred Qualifications)**

+ Medical device industry experience

+ Program management/skills

+ Experience in management review or data analytics are highly preferred

+ Experience with ISO 13485 Quality Management System

+ Experience in Software Validation and Agile Software development.

+ Certification as aLean Six Sigma Black Belt;Project Management Certification (preferably PMI) and/or Green Belt Certification.

+ Experience in complex projects integrations with IT, Data and process with a high number of stakeholders.

+ Experience executing system validation activities (Requirements, UAT, etc.)

+ MS Project or Smartsheet proficiency
